The Amazon delivery guy left a large flat box at our door yesterday.
Donna just brought me a small plate with two half-donuts and some orange wedges. Oh, and three deviled eggs. My day’s off to a good start!
Christmas spirit? Not feeling it yet. I’m sure it’ll come. Probably on Christmas morning, about the time I put Handel’s Messiah on the CD player.
We’re venturing pretty far out of our hermit lifestyle this month.
We bought prepared Thanksgiving dinners the last two times, and guess what? Between reheating and prep, they’re almost as much work as a DIY feast. Our only takeout this year will be the traditional Costco pumpkin pie.
