Our friend Poulet en Crote’s grandson is here for a visit, and it turns out the young man (who will turn 14 later this month) aspires to be a chef. So Poulet put him to work preparing an early birthday dinner, to which we were invited. Gray Poupon did an outstanding job, as you can see:
