Breads Jalapeño Cornbread December 3, 2007 Jalapeño CornbreadServings: 4-6 Time: 30 min Difficulty: easyPrintIngredients 1 1/2 cups cornmeal 3 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 1 cup grated cheddar 1 cup grated onions 5 large jalapeños, chopped (or green chiles) 3 eggs, slightly beaten 1/2 cup corn oil 1 cup sour cream 1 can (8-1/2 oz) cream style corn Directions Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
