Watch Show & Tell by Paul: Favorites Part I

I have a new watch video up on YouTube (it’s also on TikTok). This one focuses on my favorite mechanical wristwatches.

In a recent video, I reviewed the five watches I wear the most. But most-worn, at least in my case, doesn’t necessarily mean favorite. Sometimes, yes … I have favorites that get worn a lot. But I have other favorites that for one reason or another don’t get much wrist time, so I decided to make another video and show them off. The problem then became keeping the number of faves down in order to keep the video short. Another Top Five vid won’t do, because I have more than five favorites. What to do?

My solution is to separate faves by categories: mechanical watches, homage watches, and quartz watches. This is the first of three planned show & tell videos, and it features my five favorite mechanical timepieces. Sometime soon I’ll record a video about my most-loved homages (watches that look, feel, and perform like the Rolexes and such I cannot afford), then another one about the quartz wristwatches I love the most.

Here then, the first of three … my favorite mechanical watches.
