I love what I do at Pima Air & Space Museum, and always try to give visitors as good an experience as I can. So it was especially nice to get this note from a member of the museum staff who took two out-of-town visitors on my tram tour yesterday afternoon:
Hi Paul –
I just want to reiterate what I said yesterday. You did a fantastic job with the tram tour. My gosh, it’s the best I have taken!! My friends thoroughly enjoyed it so much that they wanted me to pass on to you how impressed they were with your tour. Vern, especially, was taken aback. He’s retired from the United Nations and was in the Navy. He really wanted to visit PASM and Dee ended up enjoying it as much as he did. They were visiting from California.
I really loved your tour because it was amazingly informative (I learned so much from you!!), and your sense of humor and personal experiences were a huge plus!
