Weekend with Taylor

Our granddaughter Taylor’s visiting from Las Vegas, so we put her on Polly’s bike and took her slumming with the Trail Trash this morning.  We met the rest of the Trash at our neighborhood coffee shop, then rode to Agua Caliente Park and back, around 12 miles in all.  Taylor stayed glued to my rear wheel the whole way, and I was riding hard.  I keep forgetting how strong teenagers are.  Damn them.

Taylor rode the red bike (that's my bike behind hers)

"We're gonna need a bigger beach!"

We’re having a barbecue tonight, and maybe some board games later.  A regular old-fashioned weekend, which I’ll make up for tomorrow by taking off on my motorcycle.  Life is good!
