easy,&#8221; but trust me, in this case it does.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 tbsp olive oil<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup minced onion<\/li>\n<li>3 cloves minced garlic<\/li>\n<li>4-6 cups broth (chicken or vegetable, or both)<\/li>\n<li>1 can diced tomatoes<\/li>\n<li>1 pkg cheese tortellini, fresh or dried<\/li>\n<li>kosher salt &amp;
