Baguette and I are smoking turkey breast and sausage today; we&#8217;ll serve it with Swiss chard, saut\u00e9ed with bacon, onions, and feta cheese.  We think it&#8217;ll be a hit with our daughter-in-law Truffle, but the grandkids, Pesce and Biscotto, will probably turn their noses up and go foraging for hot dogs.  Kids . . . what do they know?<\/p>\n<p>Photos, as soon as we&#8217;re back home.<\/p>\n<p>p.s. Yes, we will be smoking cured sausage, thus to avoid botulism . . .
