{"id":208,"date":"2009-02-15T17:27:37","date_gmt":"2009-02-16T00:27:37","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/pwoodford.net\/cookblog\/?p=208"},"modified":"2009-06-18T12:33:57","modified_gmt":"2009-06-18T19:33:57","slug":"a-night-for-grilling","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pwoodford.net\/cookblog\/?p=208","title":{"rendered":"A Night for Grilling"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>An old friend is down from Las Vegas for the weekend.\u00a0 We ate out Friday night and had a party Saturday night, so tonight, the last night of his visit, will be a quiet dinner at home.\u00a0\u00a0 Ditalini&#8217;s making a salad and I&#8217;m grilling steaks and veggies.\u00a0 We also have a loaf of foccacia bread topped with olives and parmesan, which I hope we&#8217;ll have room for.\u00a0 If not, I can heat it up in the morning for breakfast.<\/p>\n<p>Our steaks, three boneless ribeyes, are marinating in <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alohashoyu.com\/onlinestore\/barbsauce.htm\" target=\"_blank\">Aloha Barbecue Sauce<\/a>.\u00a0 We picked up a taste for Aloha when we lived in Honolulu;
