I thought maybe it was Spongebob Squarepants with a bad case of hiccups, but it turns out she&#8217;s been watching &#8230; and learning from &#8230; TV chef Gordon Ramsey.&nbsp; The other night she put some of that learning to good use with her interpretation of a Gordon Ramsey recipe.<\/p>\n<div class=\"hrecipe h-recipe jetpack-recipe\" itemscope itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/Recipe\"><h3 class=\"p-name jetpack-recipe-title fn\" itemprop=\"name\">Escargot&#039;s Gordon Bleeping Ramsey Chicken<\/h3><ul class=\"jetpack-recipe-meta\"><li class=\"jetpack-recipe-servings p-yield yield\" itemprop=\"recipeYield\"><strong>Servings: <\/strong>4<\/li><li class=\"jetpack-recipe-time\">\n\t\t\t\t<time itemprop=\"totalTime\" datetime=\"1 hr\"><strong>Time:<\/strong> <span class=\"time\">1 hr<\/span><\/time>\n\t\t\t<\/li><li class=\"jetpack-recipe-difficulty\"><strong>Difficulty: <\/strong>medium<\/li><li class=\"jetpack-recipe-print\"><a href=\"#\">Print<\/a><\/li><\/ul><div class=\"jetpack-recipe-content\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4 skinless &amp; boneless chicken breasts<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup flour, seasoned w\/salt &amp; pepper<\/li>\n<li>2 eggs, slightly beaten<\/li>\n<li>1 cup breadcrumbs mixed with 2 tbsp dried parsley flakes<\/li>\n<li>vegetable oil<\/li>\n<li>2 dozen cherry tomatoes, halved<\/li>\n<li>pinch of sugar<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup chopped basil<\/li>\n<li>zest of a lemon, lemon juice<\/li>\n<li>1 clove garlic, crushed<\/li>\n<li>2-3 balls of buffalo mozzarella, sliced<\/li>\n<li>4 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Directions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Butterfly the chicken breasts.&nbsp; Dip in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs; fry in vegetable oil until golden brown and crispy.&nbsp; Remove breasts and place them in a baking dish lightly brushed with oil.&nbsp; Set aside.&nbsp; Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F.<\/p>\n<p>In a smaller pan, heat small amount of vegetable oil and add salsa ingredients: tomatoes, basil, pinch of sugar, salt &amp; pepper to taste, lemon zest and a squirt of juice, crushed garlic.&nbsp; Toss over high heat until tomatoes are tender.&nbsp; Spoon salsa mixture over chicken breasts, cover each breast with 2-3 slices of mozzarella.&nbsp;
