Paprika Schnitzel"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ditalini made paprika schnitzel last night.&nbsp; Served with fried potatoes and salad, this is one of our favorite meals.&nbsp; I&#8217;m certain there are schnitzel recipes that are more authentic and difficult to make.&nbsp; This one is easy, and just as delicious.<\/p>\n<p><div class=\"hrecipe h-recipe jetpack-recipe\" itemscope itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/Recipe\"><h3 class=\"p-name jetpack-recipe-title fn\" itemprop=\"name\">Ditalini&#039;s Paprika Schnitzel<\/h3><ul class=\"jetpack-recipe-meta\"><li class=\"jetpack-recipe-servings p-yield yield\" itemprop=\"recipeYield\"><strong>Servings: <\/strong>4<\/li><li class=\"jetpack-recipe-time\">\n\t\t\t\t<time itemprop=\"totalTime\" datetime=\"1 hr\"><strong>Time:<\/strong> <span class=\"time\">1 hr<\/span><\/time>\n\t\t\t<\/li><li class=\"jetpack-recipe-difficulty\"><strong>Difficulty: <\/strong>medium<\/li><li class=\"jetpack-recipe-print\"><a href=\"#\">Print<\/a><\/li><\/ul><div class=\"jetpack-recipe-content\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>6-8 thin pork or veal cutlets<\/li>\n<li>flour, salt, pepper, paprika<\/li>\n<li>2 eggs<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 cup milk<\/li>\n<li>2 cups bread crumbs<\/li>\n<li>vegetable oil<\/li>\n<li>1 lemon, sliced<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Directions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you&#8217;re using pork cutlets, it&#8217;s not necessary to pound them first, but if you&#8217;re using veal you may want to.<\/p>\n<p>Salt and pepper the cutlets on each side, then dredge in flour.&nbsp; Beat eggs and milk together in a large bowl.&nbsp; Spread bread crumbs out on a sheet of waxed paper.&nbsp; Dip each cutlet in the egg and milk mixture, then coat each side with bread crumbs.&nbsp; Liberally sprinkle both sides of each cutlet with paprika.&nbsp; Set aside.<\/p>\n<p>Heat about 1\/4 inch of vegetable oil in a large frying pan.&nbsp; When the oil is hot, fry the cutlets two or three at a time, turning once.&nbsp; Transfer cooked cutlets to a warm platter.&nbsp; Place lemon slices on top of each
