No one wants to read the squalid details of another’s illness, so I’ll spare you that.\u00a0 I’ll merely report that I picked up a stomach bug two nights ago, and the details were squalid indeed.\u00a0 Although the worst of it has passed, the blahs persist.\u00a0 What’s worse, I passed it on to poor Donna, who is still in the worst-of-it phase, and naturally we have company coming tomorrow.\u00a0 Neither of us has the get-up-and-go necessary to clean the house, though I suppose we’ll have to manage somehow.<\/p>\n
Still, the end is in sight for me, and I’m beginning to remember what it’s like to feel normal.\u00a0 Of course that’s the last thing you can remember when you’re sick \u2014 you feel as if you’ve been sick since the day you were born and will remain so unto the day you die.<\/p>\n
