Last one of the Christmas\/New Year’s season, I think.\u00a0 Good thing, too, because as much fun as we’ve had, as much as we love our friends, we’re partied out and are ready to crawl back into our shells, like those DSL tortoises from the TV commercials (so much more interesting than Chad’s nerdy cell phone rivals).<\/p>\n

There were ten of us, so we had to set up a card table with folding chairs.\u00a0 In the background with Donna are Dee, Mary Anne, and Lois. Schatzi’s in there too, I notice.<\/p>\n

The main dish was a salad with grilled salmon and avacado dressing.\u00a0 The recipe’s on Crouton’s Kitchen<\/a>, my cooking blog, if you’re interested.\u00a0 We also had steamed veggies, roasted chicken, and a corn casserole.\u00a0 Oh, and plenty of wine, as you can see.<\/p>\n
