I’m recovering from a knee replacement, so I missed the February Pedalfiles Bash on Sunday. Looks like I missed another memorable trail. The hares, Deep Dish and Is It In Yet?, pursued by Hash Jive and Pearl of the Andes, Arthur Gash, and Redheaded Woodpecker, bashed through neighborhood streets and alleys northward to the Rillito [...]  Virgin hares Missed a Spot and Spot Remover laid a trail through central Tucson this morning, and the pack rode it and said it was shitty (which, if you’re new to hashspeak, means “good”). The Pedalfiles assembled at Himmel Park at 9 AM: the hares, Flying Booger & Pick’n’Flick, Burning Bush, Deep Dish, Wankers Aweigh [...] Today’s trail was set by Yoda. Yoda trails should only be attempted by advanced hashers, those who, as we say, get the concept. Do you get the concept? Take this short quiz and find out! You encounter this symbol on trail. Redheaded Woodpecker is in front. I snapped today’s group photo before quite everyone had shown up. Master Meat Finder arrived a few minutes later and, along with Hot Legs and [...] Somewhere in my deleted emails there’s a message from the hares telling me exactly how to get to their house in a remote area south of Tucson. I trashed it as soon as I typed the address into Google Maps, naturally, because, well, Google. Big mistake. Google Maps delivered us to the wrong street in [...] |
