Pedalfiles Bash Trash: 8/21/16

Sunday’s Pedalfiles Bash started outside the Thunder Canyon Brewery at Foothills Mall, hared by Bumper Shaft, Just Jason, and People’s Cunt. Here are a few of us at the start: Flying Booger, Subatomic Equipment, Eff Me, Arthur Gash, Master Meat Finder, Sister Act, Just Darci, and PIMA.

Trail started out with a [...]

Pedalfiles Bash Trash: 6/19/16

Flying Booger at the beer check.

Who knew the Father’s Day Bash was going to fall on the hottest day of the year (so far)? It’s 114°F now; about 90 when I started haring trail from Hi Corbett Field this morning; mid-90s by the time I got to the beer check; 104 when I [...]

Pedalfiles Bash Trash: 5/15/16

Your scribe failed roll call today. Arthur Gash and co-hare Eff Me said they were going to recruit new bashers, and they came through. In addition to the usual suspects … Wankers Aweigh, Subatomic Equipment, Loose Nut, Deep Dish, 3IY, Flying Booger & Pick’n’Flick, and Stella … five jHavelina hashers turned out, and the only [...]

Pedalfiles Bash Trash: 4/17/16

We didn’t have a hare for April until about a week before the scheduled date, when Is It In Yet? told me he and Deep Dish would like to do it. Great joy and a flurry of announcements ensued, and on Sunday the 17th we turned up at Capn’ Crotch’s house for a bash.

Ten-mile trail (twelve with BTs) on the east side, hared by yours truly with logistical help from Pick’n’Flick, H.M.Ho, and Capt. Einstein. Who says you need a big pack to have a good time? Hash Jive, Pearl of the Andes, Loose Nut, and Pick’n’Flick were good company. Here’s a photoblog from yesterday.

The wily [...]

What’s that saying? Oh, yeah … there are no rules! Today’s hare put that to the test, but I think everyone had a good time.

Here’s what happened. A couple of months ago we signed Loose Nut up to hare the July trail. I knew something was up when he called me to ask if [...]

Pedalfiles Bash Trash: 1/11/15

The Pedalfiles started the new year off right with a truly shitty bash, thanks to hares Deep Dish and Is It In Yet?

Hares (center) & pack at Greasewood Park

Trail was a 10-mile A to A from Greasewood Park on Tucson’s west side. Yes, I know 10 miles sounds short, but if you [...]

Pedalfiles Bash Trash: 11/16/14

Arthur Gash and co-hare F*** Me laid an old-school shitty trail on Tucson’s west side today, a 12-14 mile loop (depending on whether or not you fell for the long BT at the start) starting and ending at Menlo Park on Grande. It was a beautiful morning for a bash, the first cool day of [...]
