A friend told me that when she tried to print a recipe from the Half-Mind Cookbook, she wound up with six pages – one page with the recipe and five pages of sidebar stuff.
You’ll be glad to know there’s an easy way to print recipes without unwanted extras:
Use your mouse to highlight the text of the recipe you want. In Explorer or Firefox, go to “File,” then “Print.” When the print menu appears, look under “Print Range,” check “Selection,” then click “Print.”
Voila! The recipe, the whole recipe, and nothing but the recipe. Happy cooking, hashers!
