Mocha Fondue

Ingredients 

  • 1/2 c. cream
  • 1 lb. milk chocolate
  • 2 T. brandy (optional)
  • 1 T. instant coffee
  • 1/8 t. cinnamon

Directions

Warm cream in double boiler. Add small pieces of chocolate while stirring constantly. When chocolate has melted, add brandy, coffee, and cinnamon. Serve warm in a fondue pot with slices of banana, apples, grapes, and strawberries.
