Chocolate Fondue


  • Hot Fudge Sauce
    • 4 sq. unsweetened baking chocolate
    • 1 stick oleo
    • 3 c. sugar
    • 1 t. vanilla
    • 1 can lite evaporated milk
  • Fondue
    • fresh strawberries
    • banana slices
    • pineapple chunks
    • cherries
    • large marshmallows
    • small pieces of angel food cake


Melt chocolate and oleo in double boiler. Slowly stir in sugar and milk, alternately, and cook until sugar is completely dissolved. Add vanilla. Stores well in refrigerator. Can be reheated as long as it lasts – sugar crystals melt when reheated. This recipe can also be used for chocolate fondue.
