Buckeye Candy

Ingredients 

  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 2 c. peanut butter
  • 1 1/4 lb. powdered sugar
  • 12 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 bar paraffin

Directions

Melt butter and peanut butter over double boiler. Remove from heat and add powdered sugar. Mix until well blended. Roll into one-inch balls. Chill. Melt chocolate chips and paraffin over double boiler. Dip balls in chocolate using toothpicks.
