Italian Cheese Cake


  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 2 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 lb. ricotta
  • 16 oz. sour cream
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 t. vanilla
  • 2 t. lemon juice
  • 1 T. flour
  • 1 T. corn starch
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar


Cream butter and cream cheese together. Add ricotta and sour cream; mix until creamy. Add eggs, vanilla, lemon juice, and mix with mixer. Add dry ingredients and mix until liquidy. Bake in greased spring-form pan at 350 degrees for 60 minutes. Leave in oven with door partly open until completely cooled.
