Only three of us showed up at Bobo’s on Grant this morning, but we had a great ride to Kitt Peak and back. I kept my camera where I could get to it, and actually managed to get a few on-the-road shots. Humpin’, who led the ride, pointed out wildlife as we rode, but I [...]  Somewhere in my deleted emails there’s a message from the hares telling me exactly how to get to their house in a remote area south of Tucson. I trashed it as soon as I typed the address into Google Maps, naturally, because, well, Google. Big mistake. Google Maps delivered us to the wrong street in [...] Yikes! There are now two official bidders for IAH 2013: Panama Portland, Oregon, USA I think Patchwork Quilt can relax now and enjoy himself in Savannah! Personally, I’m excited about both bids. Panama because we’ve never been there and it inches IAH closer to South America; Portland because IAH has never been in the Northwest [...] The Pima Independent Sunday Social Hash is back from summer vacation. What did we do on our summer vacation? Absolutely nothing, teacher! We had a really good turnout for our first hash of the 2011-2012 season: hares Communicable Disease & Tucson Slew, Itty Bitty Member & Tastes Like Chicken, Yoda & Appendage, Latrina Linda, Rodeho, [...] Update (9/11/11): Was just informed that Stray Dog did attend an InterAmericas Hash, the one in Orlando in 1995. I updated the entry to reflect that, and apologize for getting that detail wrong.
