Sizing Down for Small Screens

While I was off on my Gypsy Tour (about which I will soon be blogging), I checked out my blogs on my new Android cell phone. What I saw were two-inch by four-inch versions, so tiny you couldn’t read what was there . . . like looking through a telescope backwards.

I decided to do something for readers with Droids and iPhones. Voilà! It is done. If you call up Paul’s Thing on your desktop or laptop you’ll see the complete blog as before. If you call it up on a mobile device, you’ll see a streamlined version that fits the small screen, as in the graphics below. It’s all automatic . . . you don’t have to do a thing.

Yes, these are crappy photos, but what do you expect? I took them myself!  Click any thumbnail to see a larger version:

Left to right: the main page; scrolling down to see links to static pages and the search bar; an individual entry.  All formatted to fit the small screen on your mobile device.

Slick, eh? Don’t say I never did you any favors!

p.s. See the little house to the left of Paul’s Thing in the first photo?  Don’t you just want to hide under it?  You know, from the Space Invaders?
