The Glorious Fourth

The neighborhood parade is just over an hour from now, followed by the neighborhood brunch. We are hosting this year, and there’ll be 60-some people in our house, god knows how many kids in our pool. Thankfully it’s a cloudy day; though we may get a sprinkle or two, it’s going to be cooler than it has been.

Our son, daughter in law, and grandson are here, and we’ve been busy. Yesterday I took Gregory and Quentin to the air museum, then to Hooters for our traditional photo op. Just to tide you over until I can blog again, here are a couple of photos:
